What Services does The Quilting Diva Provide?

First and foremost, we handle your quilts with great care. There is no smoking in our home or our workplace.

When we receive your quilt, we will;

• Open the package and remove all the materials you have sent us
• Catalog the receipt.
• Hang your quilt to be photographed, and measured.
• All information is then registered in our client database

Once we have cataloged your quilt, we contact you by phone to acknowledge receipt of your quilt and discuss how you would like your quilt quilted, and what type of finishing you require.

When we are satisfied that we have captured all of the information, we will fax or email you a copy of the Work Order. If the information on the order is correct, you must sign it and fax it back to us.

Only then will the work be scheduled to be completed, so it is important you not delay in responding to the work order.

When the work order is agreed to and accepted by us both, your quilt will be scheduled for completion.

Payment must be received one week prior to your quilt’s scheduled date. You will be contacted when payment is received!
